About this service

Corvant operates a trade recovery exchange that connects importers affected by IEEPA tariffs with qualified recovery professionals — recovery counsel, customs brokers, accounting firms, and factoring partners. We do not provide legal advice, file claims on behalf of importers, or collect contingency fees from end-clients. Recovery actions are performed by the professional firms our exchange introduces.

Accounts

Importer accounts are open to U.S. businesses that have been affected by tariff actions. Partner firm accounts are invite-only and subject to admin approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for legitimate trade recovery purposes. You will not misrepresent your identity, submit false information, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or scrape data from the platform.

Disclaimers

Refund estimates and recovery pathway suggestions are informational and do not constitute legal, accounting, or financial advice. The actual recoverability of any claim depends on facts and applicable law as evaluated by the professional firm that handles it.

Limitation of liability

Corvant is not liable for the actions, advice, or work product of the professional firms introduced through the exchange. Recovery engagements are governed by the agreements you enter into directly with those firms.
