How we use information
We use the information you provide to qualify recovery opportunities, match importers with appropriate professional partners, communicate with you about your account and our services, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Sharing with recovery partners
When an importer qualifies for introduction to a professional partner (recovery counsel, customs broker, accounting firm, or factoring partner), we share the relevant qualification information with that partner. We make these introductions only with explicit consent.
